Mazi. Godson. Azu. MA. BA. (Hons). FOSHA. AILM.

Godson is a political analyst, PR/Media Consultant, author and Publisher. He studied International Relations and Politics at both University of London and London Metropolitan University London where he completed his postgraduate (MA) in 2017. He started his media and political work as a political analyst and social analyst with the first ethnic black African television stations in the UK, Ben Television London in 2012. He later became Head of politics/current affairs desk in 2014. In 2014, he was selected to stand as a Councillorship candidate of All Peoples Party (APP) at the UK Local Council Elections of 2014 for Brentford Ward in Her Majesty Borough of Hounslow and in 2016 he contested as a CLP Candidate for the Greater London Assembly/Mayoral Election May 2016, to represent the Borough’s Haringey/Enfield Constituency CLP in North London, at the London City Council.

After much attempts at political office opportunities, he went ahead to set up his small constituency business, Cater and Merger Consult, with which started his Business to Politics networking engagements, firstly, by authoring his first book publication, then facilitating the first London Political Summits and Awards in 2016, went on to publish two more books and now facilitating the UK-Nigeria Trade and Investment Mission Summit since 2020.

Godson is a Fellow of Occupational Safety and Health Association of the United Kingdom and Nigeria Regions, (FOSHA); Associate Member Institute of Leadership Management UK, Member Institute for Governance UK, Community Member London Chambers of Commerce and Industry, Member British Africa Business Alliance UK, and Member Nigerians In Diaspora Organisation UK/Europe

He is presently the President of Abia State Indigenes in Diaspora UK & Ire.

He has written and published three major books; Campaign Strategies for Political Success, 2014; and Nigerian Democracy and Political Personalities, 2016, and Britain/ EU, Post-Brexit African Relations and Geopolitics of Globalisation, 2020. With many online articles and publications to his credit.
He is an active player in the business networking community in the United Kingdom, loves football and learning how to play Golf.
