The remarkable contributions of African leaders continue to gain international recognition through platforms that celebrate excellence, innovation, and transformational leadership. One of the foremost initiatives promoting this vision is The Voice Achievers Award, an international event that honours Africans whose outstanding achievements have made a lasting impact across the continent and the global diaspora.

The 2026 edition of the awards is scheduled to hold on 21 August 2026 at the prestigious Hilton London Kensington Hotel, bringing together influential personalities from business, government, faith, academia, and community development. The ceremony serves as a global platform for recognising individuals whose leadership continues to inspire positive change while strengthening connections between Africa and its diaspora.

Among this year’s distinguished recipients is Apostle George Amadi, who will be honoured with the African Spiritual Leadership Award 2026 in recognition of his exceptional contributions to faith-based leadership, mentorship, and community development. His selection reflects decades of dedicated service to empowering individuals spiritually, professionally, and socially across different nations.

Apostle Amadi’s ministry began in 1988 when he established the Christian Revival Movement in Warri, Nigeria. What started as a local ministry has grown into an international network committed to raising leaders of influence. Over the years, the ministry has produced professionals and leaders across various fields, including medicine, law, accounting, and Christian ministry, demonstrating its commitment to holistic personal development.

During his student years, Apostle Amadi displayed exceptional leadership by serving as President of the Christian Law Students Fellowship of Nigeria (CLASFON) at both the University of Benin and the Nigerian Law School in Abuja. Following his legal education, he founded Goodnews Bible Church (Goodnews Ministries) in Kubwa, Abuja.

Today, the ministry operates from its international headquarters in London and has expanded its outreach through branches in several countries, including Pakistan. Working alongside more than twenty pastors and numerous volunteers, Apostle Amadi continues to provide spiritual guidance while mentoring individuals in leadership, business, and entrepreneurship.

Known for his practical teaching style, Apostle Amadi consistently encourages believers to pursue excellence beyond the walls of the church. His widely recognised message, “Christianity is not stupidity,” challenges Christians to combine faith with wisdom, strategy, and productivity. He frequently teaches that genuine success requires both spiritual commitment and practical action, reminding audiences that value creation remains essential in every sphere of life.

As a respected conference speaker and international webinar panelist, he has become a strong advocate for responsible leadership and active civic participation. He regularly emphasizes that while prayer is indispensable, it should never replace planning, innovation, or accountability. He has also spoken extensively about the importance of confronting poor governance through informed citizen engagement rather than relying solely on religious consolation.

Beyond ministry, Apostle Amadi has made significant contributions in the legal profession. In 2009, he established Eden Immigration Law Services, a firm that has supported countless immigrants while creating employment opportunities and providing practical legal training for students in the United Kingdom. As a Senior Legal Adviser and Advocate, he regularly represents clients before the UK’s Immigration First-tier and Upper Tribunals.

His academic accomplishments reflect his diverse expertise. He earned a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Benin, qualified as a Barrister at Law (BL) in Nigeria, obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Theology from the University of Roehampton, and has also been awarded an honorary Doctorate in Theology.

A prolific author, Apostle Amadi has written several inspirational books, including The End Times, Paths to Great Destiny, Sight and Sound of a Winner, Breakout of Burnout, and 10 Commandments of Dating. For more than five years, he has also authored a popular daily devotional prayer column published by The Nigerian Voice, reaching readers across the globe with messages of hope, faith, and personal growth.

Outside his professional and ministerial responsibilities, Apostle George Amadi enjoys a strong family life with his wife, Maria Chika Amadi, a respected public servant who previously served as a councillor in the London Borough of Harrow. Together, they are blessed with four children.

As anticipation builds for the 2026 Voice Achievers Award, supporters, faith leaders, members of the African diaspora, and well-wishers from around the world are expected to gather in London to celebrate Apostle George Amadi’s outstanding achievements. His recognition as one of Africa’s leading spiritual figures highlights the enduring influence of visionary leadership, unwavering faith, and a lifelong commitment to transforming lives across generations.
