This is coming despite the controversy that greeted his emergence as the party’s candidate in the State.
Recall that All Progressives Congress (APC) members in Anambra had maintained that there was never a time the party held its primaries in the state. And the emergence of Andy Ubah as the flag bearer of the party remains illegal as there have been series of court battle among the party members in the state
