Dr. Joy Opara is a Fellow member of the Chartered institute of Information and Strategy Management. Joy had her first degree in Business Administration from the Ahmadu Bello University Zaria, Kaduna state Nigeria and Masters in Business Administration from Ambrose Ali University, Edo state, Nigeria
Joy Opara had an impressive career during which she developed expertise in business management, banking operations and relationship management while competently handling revenue generation, business development and financial management. She has strong proficiency in operations management, project management, negotiations management, budgeting and forecasting, marketing strategies, client acquisition and customer service.
Joy is a competent high achiever with solid business management skills, she deploys available resources towards profitable results. In her current role, she contributes to organizational growth as a Head Programs and Projects (Public sector) with Cater and Merger Consult Nig Ltd.
She prepares Concept notes, reports and proposals while ensuring activities are within the stipulated timeframe and budget. She also identify and employ trade and investment summit interphase between Cater and Merger UK and Cater and Merger Nigeria. As part of her professional accomplishments with the company, she successfully implemented assessment procedures and innovative strategies that improved project impact. In addition to her achievements, she coordinated the implementation of systems based on the reporting requirement and improved the efficiency of activities. A significant part of her work experience is her role as a relationship manager with sterling bank. She has built outstanding proficiency in business management, project management, relationship management and banking operations through transformative personal development and rigorous working experience while developing the capacity to oversee business operations at various levels.
